Treatment Under New Covid-19 Guidance

Pamber Physio's priority is your safety and well-being. All the necessary steps have been taken to make your visit to my clinic as safe as possible for both you and I. Please see below for extra information.

Paperwork

All existing and new clients will need to complete some forms and consent to meeting in person.  You will be made aware of all the risks involved and the decision regarding your attendance at the clinic will be made jointly, based on several criteria being met. 

Arriving

Please remain in your car until your allocated appointment time. You will be asked to use the hand sanitiser when you first arrive and I'll take a contactless infrared temperature reading. (please do not bring personal items with you such as big bags/coats). 


​Payment
Card payments can be made at the clinic at no extra charge. BACS payments can also be made on request. Unfortunately, cash payments are no longer accepted.  Receipts can be emailed to you. Please ensure I have up-to-date personal information.

Appearances

I will be wearing some PPE. You will see me in a face covering and gloves. These will be changed regularly in accordance with PHE guidelines.
You will need to wear a face mask.

Keeping you safe

I've staggered the start/end times so there is a large gap between patients. There is a strict disinfection policy and you can be rest assured all surfaces in the clinic will be decontaminated before and after every patient. Linen and towels are no longer used in the treatment room and the toilet facilities will not be available.
For your safety and mine, if you have a higher than normal temperature or show any symptoms of Covid-19, assessment and treatment cannot take place.
